The preferred VW gasket material of many top engine builders, ThreeBond 1211 Silicone Liquid Gasket sealer can be used from the case halves to the valve covers. It is a tough and durable sealer that utilizes semi-hardening silicone rubber and it comes in a 3.6 ounce tube.

ThreeBond 1211 Silicone Liquid Gasket features:

  • Excellent adheresion to metals
  • Holds up to tempuratures from -60°C to +250°C
  • Is resistant to oil, water, gasoline, and most chemicals
  • Has mechanical resistance to vibration
