EMPI Master Cylinder Conversion Kit for 1955-1966 Bus

Allows installation of a late-model dual circuit master cylinder
Includes spacer and mounting hardware for proper pedal rod alignment
Ensures compatibility with early (1955-1966) Bus and Type 2 models

If you have an early (1955-1966) Bus or Type 2 and want to install a late model dual circuit master cylinder this conversion kit includes a spacer and mounting hardware. The adapter kit mounts between the master cylinder and the pedal rod so the early rod will interact correctly with the master cylinder. The EMPI Master Cylinder conversion kit consists of one aluminum spacer, two M8x1.25x49 bolts, four flat washers and two M8x1.25 nylock nuts.

This Master Cylinder Conversion Kit includes the following:

1 Aluminum Spacer
2 M8x1.25x49 Bolts
2 M8x1.25 Nylock Nuts
4 Flat Washers

EMPI offers The Master Cylinder part number is 18-1033-0 which includes the reservoir that attaches directly for easy installation.
