Why Choose a VW Headliner from JBUGS?
Our Headliners are color matched with OEM VW colors.
All VW Interior Upholstery products we offer feature EXACT and AUTHENTIC Volkswagen Interior colors, which makes matching OEM colors easy and accurate. Plus, future additions blend in perfectly. Some brands always seem to be a shade different, even when you think your buying the right color. Mismatched colors look cheap and not very professional. Why settle for "close" when you can have EXACT?Vinyl Headliners Use "Quart Can" of glue for installation. This is the best adhesive available for vinyl headliners.
Mohair and Velour Headliners Use "Spray Glue" for headliner installation. Use sparingly as too much will saturate through the material.
NOTE: *** Off-White is NOT a true white. It has a beige/gray tint to it.
This is the way Volkswagen originally made it, and the same exact way it has been reproduced it.
THICK Vinyl Windlace on all Headliners.
TMI Headliners feature built in Vinyl Windlace running down both door post just like the original headliners.Both of our "Original Style VW Headliners" and "Easy-Install VW Headliners" include thick durable windlace.
Black Vinyl Headliners includes Black Vinyl Windlace for the doorpost.
White Vinyl & all other Colored Vinyl headliners feature white windlace.
Cloth, Velour and Tweed Headliners windlace will be wrapped in the same material to color match the windlace.
Rot & Sag Resistant Stitching.
It's the stitching that's the key. When it rots and stretches, and down comes the headliner. Our headliners uses anti-microbial treated thread which resist mildew and rot, but more importantly..... our Headliners remain tight and stay up. We manufacturer both cloth and vinyl headliners to match your VW Seat Covers or VW Door Panels.
Why ENDURATEX Vinyl?
Enduratex is the thickest vinyl used for upholstery period! Some of the "other" door panels and seat upholstery are made with a vinyl film. Talk about thin. All JBUGS VW Interior Upholstery Products feature thick expanded vinyl with cross-linked backing. It looks new longer, holds up to wear, cleans up easy, and holds its original shape.
