How do I cancel or change my order? >
Most in stock orders are shipped out the same day the order is placed. We encourage you to call as soon as possible, during business hours, if you need to cancel or change your order. Once your order is picked to be shipped, we can no longer make a change or cancel your order.
How do I return or exchange an item? >
You can return most unused, never installed, like-new items for 90 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in like-new condition. Please read the full policy to make sure your items are eligible to be returned: Return Policy

How to Start a Return:
Email Sales@jbugs.com with the subject line "Return" and include the following information in the body of the email:
• First & Last name on the order.
• Order number.
• Billing Zip Code.
• Reason for return and any other relevant information including pictures if needed.

Once we receive your Return Authorization request, we will send you an RMA. Do not ship your return to us until you have an RMA.
Can I get express shipping on my order? >
If you need express shipping, please call us for expedited shipping options. We will try to consolidate as much as possible to offer the lowest shipping rates.
Do you ship internationally? >
