T his VW Fuel Pump relay is the double, dual or combi relay for fuel injected California model vehicles. For Use With 1979 VW Bus and 1980 through 1980-1983 Vanagon California Models.




Beginner Tips:

Trouble shooting old VW Fuel Injection systems is a very difficult task. There are not many mechanics around that are familiar with the early systems nowadays. That is why a lot of later VWs have had their fuel injection systems removed in favor of aftermarket carburetor kits. The VW Fuel Pump Relay is one of the most common parts to go bad causing the fuel pump to not work. The fuel pump relay is mounted behind the rear seat on the drivers side typically.
