The 1965-1977 Beetle and 1971-1976 Super Beetle left, outside scraper is made in Germany and clips into the outside, driver door window frame. The aluminum portion of the scraper clips into the slots that are in the door window channel. This product provides a seal against the outside edge of the roll-up door window glass. The aluminum molding extends around most of the door opening and tucks in behind the vent wing seal at the top and bottom edges. The chrome clips to the body of the car and the attached rubber portion is in contact with the door window.

This scraper is made in Germany and is the best available left, outside scraper, PERIOD. The German scrapers have brighter, shinier aluminum and they fit. The rubber provides a better seal, it will last longer.

We don't offer anything other than these German scrapers. The Brazilian scrapers are junk and good luck installing them without scratching your paint or bending the aluminum. Spend the money for the German scrapers and save yourself the time and the headache. There are Brazilian products that are high quality, you can save money, and products work and fit well. The outside scrapers is not one of them. Cry once, buy once and go German.
