Front Seat Pad Foam for 1954-1964 Beetle and 1961-1964 Type 3

  • Made from injection molded foam
  • Includes both the bottom and the backrest for a single front seat
  • Manufactured for a precise fit with replacement upholstery

Our high-density Beetle and Type 3 seat pads are manufactured from injection molded foam to guarantee great fit and comfort. We recommend replacing your seat foam when installing new seat upholstery to guarantee the best fit, finish, and appearance. You don't want to spend the time, effort, and money on new seat upholstery only to have it look sad and droopy because of old, worn-out foam. The injection molded foam is a better overall product and material compared to the original horsehair padding.

We highly recommend purchasing burlap or sisel pads when installing new seat foam. A layer of burlap or sisel will keep the springs from eating into the foam over time.
