Reproduction VW Logo Hubcap - Flat Style

  • Beautiful reproduction of original VW logo hubcap

  • Installs by pressing over 4 ridges on the wheel

This hubcap is a beautiful reproduction of the original VW logo hubcaps that came stock on late model VWs. The hub cap is made in the "flat" style and is installed by pressing it over 4 ridges cast into the face of the wheel. Sold individually.

This hubcap is compatible with with late model 4x130 or 5x12 wheels that accept stock hubcaps. It's common to find different wheels than what originally came on your classic VW. Hubcaps can look very similar. View our tech tips to help identify which hubcaps you need.

Note: This hubcap does not fit sport style wheels that were an option for some late model Beetles and Super Beetles. Sport wheels use our sport style wheel center cap (PN 133-171A).



Chrome Maintenance and What to Expect:

We put this notice on all chrome products, regardless of manufacturer, or origin.

Chrome plating is an electro-plating process that is highly regulated due to the environmental impacts of the chemicals, metals, and the exhaust gasses released during the process.

We highly recommend maintaining any chrome on your vehicle by applying a car wax or detailing spray on a regular basis

Here are some additional tips:

  • Hubcaps - Spray paint the inside with paint or rust inhibitor, wax chrome finish regularly
  • Bumpers - Spray paint the inside with paint or rust inhibitor, wax chrome finish regularly
  • Exterior Mirrors - Lightly wax chrome finish regularly
  • Exterior Chrome Trim - Lightly wax chrome finish regularly

If you properly maintain the chrome and keep your car stored in a dry, non-salty-air environment, the chrome will last.

It's common to find different wheels than what originally came on your classic VW. Hubcaps can look very similar so the best way to identify the correct hubcaps for your wheels is to inspect the bottom hubcap lip.
