Set of 8, Stock Pushrod Tubes for 1300-1600cc Classic VW Engines

Are your push rod tubes all dinged up, leaking, or just completely rusted out? Pick up some of our stock replacement push rod tubes and start fresh. These push rod tubes can be used on all 1300 to 1600cc engines. Push rod tubes install between the head and the engine case, housing the push rods (#311109301A) that actuate the valves and carry pressurized oil to the head. Used oil drains back to case through the push rod tubes. Pushrod tubes are designed to collapse at the "accordion" area at either end when you torque down the heads, so they generally can only be used once. Make sure you pick up a brand new set if you're rebuilding your engine or starting from scratch. Sold as a set of 8 pieces.

Note: You will need two push rod tube seals (part #113109345A) are required per push rod tube when installing the pushrods, 16 seals required in total.
