This durable ABS Plastic Glove Box will replace your stock cardboard glove box which is most likely torn and rotted. It fits the 1968-1977 VW Beetle and 1971-1972 VW Super Beetle. These all black glove boxes will look great and last for years and have the cut out at the left hand side for the hood release handle lever.

These fit and work really well. Admittedly the notched sections seem odd at a first glance, but once fitted it makes sense that they are made the way that they are.

Please Note:

The notches along the top and bottom edges are cut outs to allow room for the glove box ring pin clips. There two notches at top left, one at top right, and three along the bottom at the left, right and center.

The notched edges of the glove box will sit underneath the lip on the glove box opening, against the backside of the dash and are not visible once the glove box is installed.
