The VW Metal Brake Hard Line Kit consists of 9 hard metal lines with double bubble (European) flared ends and includes 10x1.00 mm threaded fittings at all the ends. The hard brake line kit is the best way to start out a new brake system by ensuring all of the hard lines are in great shape and not rusted, kinked or corroded. Our brake line kit replaces all the hard brake lines from the master cylinder to the brake hoses and wheel cylinders in 1955 through 1966 Type 2 Bus models. The brake hard lines will need to be bent to fit, a tubing bender is recommended although experienced fingers will work as well.

1 - 8 3/4" Brake Line - Brake Line T to Left Rear Brake Hose
2 - 14 5/8" Brake Lines - Top Wheel Cylinder to Lower Wheel Cylinder (in the front brake drums) 3 - 21 5/8" Brake Lines - Brake Line T to Right Rear Brake Hose / Brake Hose to Rear Wheel Cylinder (on the axle tubes) 1 - 28 1/2" Brake Line - Master Cylinder to Front Left Brake Hose
1 - 49 1/2" Brake Line - Master Cylinder to Front Right Brake Hose
1 - 109" Brake Line - Master Cylinder to Brake Line T
