Our stock, ivory steering wheel is an excellent reproduction of the original VW steering wheel and is made with high quality German resin for durability, strength and good looks that will last. The wheel is an exact match to the 1962-1963 OEM steering wheels that have notches for the horn ring and will fit 1962-1971 Beetles, Karmann Ghias and Type 3 Squarebacks, Notchbacks and Fastbacks.

Our stock replacement, ivory Volkswagen steering wheel comes complete with the following:

• Steering Wheel
• Wolfsburg crest horn button
• Chrome horn ring (with horn wire ground screw and tab)
• Horn ring mounting kit with screws and washers
• 1960-1970 turn signal cancellation ring with mounting hardware
• 1959-1970 horn contact ring

Please note, this steering wheel can be used on early 1971 models, but the included contact and cancellation ring must be removed and a 1971 and later horn contact and cancellation ring (sold separately) must be installed for the horn to operate.

1971 Models: The steering wheel will fit early 1971 models with a wiper switch on the dash. If your wiper switch is on the steering column, this wheel will not fit.
