The VW Brake Adjusting Nut is used in conjunction with the brake adjusting screw inside brake drums. The nut inserts into the adjusting block on the backing plate and are spun in place to tighten or loosen the brake shoes. The nut is made of galvanized steel to prevent corrosion.

These nuts fit 1954 through 1977 Standard Beetles, 1971 through 1979 Super Beetles, 1956 through 1974 Karmann Ghias, 1955 through 1979 Type 2 Bus models, 1962 through 1973 Type 3s, 1973 through 1974 Things, 1980 through 1991 Vanagons and 1986 through 1991 Syncros. Sold as a set of 4 Pieces.
