The PerTronix Ignitor 3 ignition kit is a drop in points replacement kit for Bosch 009 and 050 distributors that eliminates the old points and condenser. Convert your 009 or 050 distributor to an electronic ignition for worry free a worry free ignition and get an increase in spark voltage, performance and economy. The Ignitor 3 senses coil current and adjusts the dwell with a micro-controller for peak energy output plus an adjustable rev limiter and multiple spark output.

Please Note

• Electronic ignitions and distributors are not compatible with original fuel-injected engines.
• The PerTronix Ignitor 3 must be used with a low-resistance 0.32 Ohm, 45,000-volt coil. Choose from the PerTronix 45K Volt Black Coil or the PerTronix 45K Volt Chrome Coil, both designed for use with Ignitor 3.
• Suppression or spiral-wound spark plug wires must be used with the Ignitor 3; solid core plug wires will cause electronic interference.
• Compatible with Bosch 0231 178 009 and 0230 081 050 distributors.
